These Terms of Service govern your use of the Miinage Sponsors platform. By registering an account or using any part of this service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
Miinage provides a platform that allows brands, businesses, and individuals ("Sponsors") to advertise their brand within the Miinage sports social app. Sponsorship is activated by purchasing a sponsor slot, receiving a unique sponsor code, and that code being entered by a team, league, or player admin within the Miinage app.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to represent the brand you are registering. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use any logo or brand content you upload.
Sponsorship fees are paid via bank transfer to the account details provided in your dashboard. Fees are non-refundable once your sponsorship has been approved and a code has been issued. Payment notifications are reviewed manually by Miinage staff. We reserve the right to reject any payment or application without obligation to provide a reason.
Miinage is not liable for any bank transfer errors, incorrect amounts, or transfers made to wrong accounts due to user error.
Upon approval, you receive a unique sponsor code valid for one year from the date of approval. This code may be shared with team admins, league admins, or players on the Miinage app. You are responsible for how and with whom you share your code. Miinage is not responsible for unauthorised use of your code if you share it with unintended parties.
A sponsor code may only be assigned to a limited number of entities as defined by the platform (currently up to 3 teams or leagues, or 1 player). These limits may change at Miinage's discretion.
You are solely responsible for all brand content you submit, including your company name, description, logo, and link. You must not submit content that:
Miinage reserves the right to remove or reject any content and to deactivate any sponsor account that violates these standards, without refund.
Once a sponsor code is assigned by a team, league, or player admin, your brand card appears on their profile in the Miinage app. The visibility of your brand is dependent on the reach and activity of those entities. Miinage makes no guarantees regarding the number of users who will see your brand card, click your link, or take any action as a result of your sponsorship.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miinage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or failure of the service to perform as expected.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current sponsorship period.
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. Miinage is not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
Miinage may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
