Miinage ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Miinage Sponsors platform at sponsors.miinage.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our sponsor registration and management service.

1. Information We Collect

When you register as a sponsor, we collect:

• Your email address and password (stored as a one-way hash — we cannot read it)
• Your company or brand name, description, and link
• Your brand logo if you choose to upload one
• Payment notification details you submit (sender name, bank, transfer date, reference) — we do not collect card numbers or banking credentials

We do not collect your physical address, phone number, or any government-issued identification.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your sponsor account
• To display your brand card to users of the Miinage app (name, logo, description, and link)
• To verify your payment and activate your sponsor code
• To send you transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
• To contact you about your account if necessary

3. What Is Shown Publicly

When your sponsorship is active, the following information is visible to all users of the Miinage mobile app: your brand name, logo, description, and the link you provided. Your email address, payment details, and account information are never shown publicly.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be accessed by Miinage staff solely for the purpose of reviewing your sponsorship application and managing your account.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes and cannot be recovered in plain text by anyone, including us. Logo files are stored on our media servers and served over HTTPS.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. By using this platform you acknowledge this inherent risk.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account exists. If your sponsorship expires and you do not renew, your account data may be retained for up to 12 months before deletion. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

7. Your Rights

You may at any time:

• Update your brand name, logo, description, and link from your dashboard
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing miinagesupport@gmail.com
• Request a copy of the information we hold about you

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage solely to maintain your login session on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is cleared when you sign out.

9. Third-Party Services

This platform uses Google Fonts for typography (loaded from Google's servers). Google's own privacy policy applies to that connection. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking services.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
